Training and Future Skills
Our passion fuels forward our work to foster professional education, digital literacy and trainings tailor-made to specific needs and professions
Innovation in digital technologies and science is unprecedented and evolving consequently disrupting the status quo of education. And that is posing fundamental questions about the future work and critical skills necessary for employability and entrepreurship for economic transformation.
Like never before, the future of work will be gradually digital, automated and economic growth will be largely dependent on critical skills available for productive use. Without rethinking a new ecosystem of teaching and learning, we cannot afford to build necessary skills the future of work demands!
How we do it!
AAC Education and Future Skills focuses, first, on Leadership Workshops, trainings or advising on skills development policy reforms and strategy— to foster professional education—closer cooperation between the world of work and academia— to respond to the important question on how instructional systems can develop practical knowledge and hands-on skills that today’s students will need to address real-world problems. Secondly, we focus on digital literacy— with emphasis on equipping teachers with practical knowledge to use digital technologies in teaching and learning. And thirdly, we provide trainings tailor-made to specific needs and professions.
The AAC work aims to build beneficial strategic relationships with policy makers, educational institutions, academic experts, education development partners, education leaders, and corporates. We create the framework that provides a space where partners exchange perspectives and ideas, and compare established and promising best practices that contribute to building future skills.
