At AAC, we pride ourselves in our unique approaches of selecting, shaping and connecting first time jobseekers with employers. Our screening and interviews are rigorous and seek to identifying young graduates who, in addition to being academically outstanding, demonstrate exceptional talent and potential for innovation and impact.
Our matching is driven by applicant career aspiration, suitability and we strive to exceed employer expectations. We leverage employability skills of candidates on our employment roaster through upskilling with prime emphasis on emotional intelligence—communication, interview, presentation skills— and digital literacy.
