Our goal is to help emerging leaders to gain the necessary 21st century skills, exposure and network they need to make a meaningful impact while getting unique life-changing experience.
We do that through mentorship, internship, international exchange program, professional certifications and leadership programming.

- Offer academically-driven and talented university students with limited or no exposure an opportunity to explore their fullest potential, gain new skills, build professional networks and make meaningful impact in their communities and organizations at home and abroad.
- Reduce the gap between the skills of young people entering the workforce and the labor market needs in Africa
- Attract and connect Rwandan and African diaspora talents with the employment ecosystem.
- Provide professionals with unique opportunities for upskilling or reskilling, applying their knowledge, getting new cultural experience, building international connections, increase self-improvement, while making substantial contributions to the local workforce professional development, community improvement, and institutional advancement.
