We provide mentorship and networking opportunities for women in science and technology in colleges, schools and universities to emerge as young leaders of change.

How we do it !

Connect

We link young professional and uniquely gifted college, school and university students in technology with mentors to engage, network and forging new relationships, career connections, partnerships and lasting friendships.

Educate

We hold forums and networking events bringing together experts, leaders in policy-making, not-for-profit organization managers, businessmen to showcase thought leadership in technology, business and professional development, with the goal of supporting career progression for our many, varied program participants.

SCieTECHiWomen runs a mentorship program working with not-for-profits to help bring up the next generation of women technology leaders and practitioners to build a tech-driven Rwanda.

Give Back

“Giving back” is at the center of our unwavering efforts to support future women tech change drivers—innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders, and majority of whom are university students pursuing STEM programs.

With the help of our partners, Africa Academy for Careers awards a professional internship and mentorships to our exceptionally talented program participants.
